Defect Alert Notification for Defect Report
Affected Window: w_defect_reports_eu
Switch Set to Yes:
When set to Yes, the user will be notified with an Alert message that will take them directly to the Recurrent Items when exiting the Defect Report.
After creating or querying a Defect Report, upon exiting, the Alert File Created will appear, allowing the user to select the Recurrent Alert  button.
The user is immediately taken to the Recurrent Items.
Switch Set to No:
When set to No, the Alert notification will not be displayed and the user is able to exit the Defect Report immediately.
