Audit Item Cannot Be Closed Unless the ICA/CCA Actions Are Closed

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, the system will not allow the user to close an Audit if the ICA and/or CCA Status is not Closed.

The following Audit is being closed. Notice from the ICA and CCA, one action is not in Closed Status, thus preventing the Audit from being closed.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, the system will allow the user to close an Audit with the ICA and/or CCA Status not Closed.

The following Audit is being closed. Notice from the ICA and CCA, one action is not in Closed Status, yet the Audit can be closed.
