Tear Down Report, Requisition Tab

The Tear Down Report, Requisition Tab search selection via the Receiving/Update/Tear Down report, is used to search for Tear Down reports in the system. As with the majority of the query selections on the system, it is better to select as many parameters as required to minimize search result.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Requisition

List of required parts for either a maintenance item or for restocking. Selecting into this field will give the user a drop down selection window encompassing all open requisitions.

A/C

The individual aircraft tail number.

Defect

The defect number (or log book number). Selecting into this field will give the user a drop down selection window encompassing all statuses such as: All, Open, or Closed Defects Numbers.

W/O

The Work Order used to categorize, manage, and schedule work requirements for aircraft maintenance.

E/C

The Engineering Control that specifies aircraft or component scheduled maintenance intervals.
