Order Query, Received Tabs

The Orders Query contains all of the same information that the Order header windows have, this window also contains the Received tab. The Received tab contains information regarding the Order's Receiving details.

This tab is only available in the Orders Query window as opposed to the Update window because once an Order is received, the Order is Closed and therefore no longer listed in the Orders Update. This tab is only available for orders that have been received.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Order Number

The Order Type and the Order Number of the received order.

Line

The specific Line item of the Order. Each Line item could represent a different part included in the same order.

Custom

Customs status that applies to the part in the transaction, as applicable.

P/N

The Part Number reference for the aircraft part.

S/N

The Serial Number for the specific serialized part.

Batch

The inventory number that is currently associated with a part or group of parts. A part's Batch number can change after various types of transactions take place.

Goods RCVD Batch

The original inventory number assigned to the part or group of parts when initially introduced/received into inventory. This number will remain the same for a part even if/when the part's Batch number changes.

Transaction Type

The type of transaction trigged once the part was received (e.g., 'PO/RECEIVING').

Location

The Location for maintenance events, inventory stores, orders, transactions, or training events.

Bin

The specific storage bin within the inventory location.

Condition

The condition of the part.

QTY

The number of parts for the transaction.

Created By

The user who received the order.

Created Date

The date and time that the order was received.

Ship Via

Ship Via code and method to be used.

AWB

The airway bill number related to the part.

Currency Exchange Rate

The currency exchange rate of the part.
