Picklist Creation, Informational Tab

The Picklist Creation, Informational tab displays the last user who saved the Picklist record.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Created By

The user who created the record.

Created Date

The date the record was created.

Modified By

The user who last modified the record.

Modified Date

The date the record was last modified.

Unlock Picklist button

Select this button to unlock the Picklist record. This button is only available when the picklist is 'In Use' by another user.

This button is security controlled via Inventory/Update/Picklist Creation/Picklist Unlock. For more information refer to the Security Explorer via the System Administration Training Manual.

In Use checkbox

This checkbox indicates that the Picklist is currently 'In Use'. When the picklist is marked as 'In Use', the Unlock Picklist button is available. This checkbox is informational only. If the user attempts to issue a picklist that is in use, the following information box will appear:
