The RN/XO button is used to convert a Rental order to an Exchange Order Out.

From the Rental Order window choose the desired Rental Order to be converted. Select the RN/XO button.

The following pop-up window appears. Note how the new order number auto populates with the Rental Order number as shown above. Populate the Line field and select the Save button.

Once the user selects the Save button and the conversion takes place, the Line item for the Rental Order no longer exists.
