The Optional tab on the Order header allows selection of document criteria required with the delivery of the items on the Order. These criteria are parameterized on the system through Trans Codes and can be added to or changed - there is a current limit of five selectable items, that will print on the Order automatically. Over five is possible, but a report format would need specification.

The following Optional tab has been set up with three options through the Trans Codes as an example. Changing, removing, or adding these options is done through the Trans Code R/N Options.
