The Release Read Sign button is used to send the selected Read and Sign request to the users who must acknowledge it.

The following Read and Sign request has been created.

By selecting the record, the system displays the associated requester.

In the Read and Sign window, select the Release Read Sign button.

Once selected, the system will send the request to the appropriate email/user recipient. The Release Read Sign button is replaced with the Cancel Read Sign button.
