The Authorization tab displays the following.
The following information/options are available in this window:

Authorization
The Revision Request Authorization status. Choose from one of the three radio buttons shown above.
Date
The Date the Request was created.
Reason
The Reason for creating the Request.
Sent To
Select a user to send the Authorization to.
