The Copy button allows users to duplicate a Contract record using the Contract ID Number of an existing Contract. The newly created record will contain the same information as the Contract ID Number that it was copied from.

From the Contract Copy window enter the applicable From Contract Number and select the Copy button.

A new Contract Number record is then generated with the same information as the Contract Number it was copied from.
