The system displays the Request For Quote window where the requester may request one or multiple quotes for a bid.

The requester may select the Quote Distribution button to break down the quote by Task Card, Material, Labor and Miscellaneous per line item. for additional information, refer to the Quote Distribution Button, via the Shop Work Order Bid Sheet Buttons.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Bid No

This is a system generated number which is assigned to the Shop W/O Bid Sheet upon creation.

Requested By

The name of the user who is requesting the quote. This information will be auto populated.

Requested Date

The date the quote was requested. This information will be auto populated.

Currency

The Currency type that the quote is provided in.

Quoted Date

The date of the provided quote.

Status

The status of the Work Order Bid Sheet.

Customer

The customer who created the Bid Sheet.
