Manual Registration, Other Tab

The Manual Registration, Other tab is used to query for manuals based on the following search criteria. Enter any of the below search criteria to query for a desired manual and select the Find button.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Employee

Select from one of the following entities:

• Employee
• In/Vendor
• A/C
• ALL

Department

Select the Department Transaction Code. These codes are defined via Settings/ Explorer/ System Transaction Code/ Settings/ Department.

Revision Category

The manuals revision category.

Category

The type/category of the Manual.

Vendor

The system code for the manual provider.

Chp/Sec/Para

The ATA Chapter, Section, Paragraph related to the Manual.

P/N

The Part Number reference for the aircraft part to which the manual will be effective.

Sub Location

The sub location can further define where the Manual is stored.

Vendor Document NO.

The number of the manual as issued by the manual vendor.
