Along with Aircraft, a manual can also be effective to particular part.

Select the P/N Effectivity button to apply Part Number effectivity to the manual:

The title of the manual.

P/N

The Part Number reference for the aircraft part to which the manual will be effective.

Select Checkbox

Select if Part Number effectivity must be active. Informational only.

Additionally, the P/N Manual Effectivity, Informational Tab and the Notes button are available to view and include information relevant to the record.
