From the P/N Master window enter a new part or select an existing one. Select the Kit button for the following P/N Kit window to appear:

The following information/options are available in this window:

NHK P/N

The Next Higher Kit part. This part is the principle part of the Kit. This part must contain P/N Category 'KIT.'

NLK P/N

The Next Lower Kit part. These parts comprise the Kit. These parts can only be serialized or non-serialized, not Kit parts.

Note: This part can contain a KIT P/N Category as multiple Kits can be added under the main Kit (see Additional Functionality below).

Qty

The quantity of part required for the Kit.

Add Total Cost To NLK checkbox

Select to add the total cost of all of the NLK parts. Selecting this checkbox will add the total cost of the Kit to the NLK selected if the Kit is broken via Break All button. For additional information, refer to the Break All Button, via Inventory Transaction of the Inventory Training Manual.

Note: Only one NLK may be selected for this.
