Pre Receiving, Other Tab

The Other Tab will appear when the "Non-System" status is selected when creating a pre-receiving record. The Non-System status is used for packages recorded as delivered to personnel but not received in the system. This is for packages that are delivered but do not require receipt in the system. This requires a record of who the item is delivered by, delivered to, and the delivery date and time.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Delivery To

The employee to whom the part was delivered. This is a free text field and is informational only.

Delivery By

The employee who delivered the part. This is a free text field and is informational only.

Delivery Date/Time

The delivery date/time.
