Order Receiving Discrepancy Notification Button, via Order Receiving Discrepancy

The Receiving Department will get a notification and either send the part back or receive it into inventory, according to the resolution entered. The discrepancy is closed by the Receiving Department, in either the Order Receiving Discrepancy Close or Order Receiving Discrepancy Supervisor. For additional information, please refer to Receiving Training Manual.

The Select All and Deselect All buttons can be used to change the Status of all Open Discrepancies to Reviewed and all Reviewed Discrepancies to Open.

Select the Order Receiving Discrepancy Notification button to create Notifications for the Order Receiving Discrepancy records. For more information, refer to the System Notification.

The Order Receiving Discrepancy Notification Send button is utilized to send the Notification(s) that have been set up for the Discrepancies. Upon selecting this button, the following prompt will appear:
