From the Fault Code Report Detail, General Tab, the user may update existing fault code reports, or create new fault code reports for selected aircraft.

The following information/options are available in this window:

A/C

The individual aircraft tail number.

Fault Code

The Fault Code. For additional information refer to the Fault Code Type via the Technical Records Transaction Code manual.

Fault Code Description

Description of the Fault Code.

Fault Code Type

The Fault Code type. For more information, refer to the Fault Code Type Technical Records System Transaction Code.

Observed drop down

Observed - Select if the Fault Code was observed.

Non-Observed - Select if the Fault Code was non-observed.

Unknown - Select if the Fault Code was unknown.

Reported Date

The date range the Faults were reported on.

Status

Open - The Fault Code is still associated to the aircraft for which it was created.

Closed - The Fault Code is no longer applicable.
