Requisition Header, Authorization Tab

The Requisition, Authorization tab is an informational window that lets users know whether or not a Requisition has been authorized. The information in this window is view only and cannot be updated at any time.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Authorization Radio buttons

When the 'Yes' radio button is selected, this indicates that the Requisition has been authorized. When the 'No' radio button is selected, this indicates that the Requisition has not been authorized.

Authorization By

The user who authorized the requisition.

Authorized Date

The date the requisition was authorized.

Assign To

The user assigned to the requisition.

Rejection

When the 'Yes' radio button is selected, this indicates that the Requisition has been rejected. When the 'No' radio button is selected, this indicates that the Requisition has not been rejected.

Rejection Reason

View the reason why the requisition was rejected. This information is entered at the time of the rejection in the Requisition Authorization window.
