Insurance Claim Detail, Labor Rate & Downtime Tab

The user can enter the labor rate per hour then calculate the total cost (of loss) associated with the Insurance Claim.

 

The following information/options are available in this window:

Rate Per Hour

Enter the labor rate per hour.

Total Labor Hrs/Min

Enter the total time of the labor (hours and minutes).

Total Labor Cost

The total cost of the labor will automatically appear here based on what you entered in the previous fields.

Total Cost

Enter the total cost (for all the downtime) associated with this Insurance Claim.

This Insurance Claim can then be associated with orders within the system.

Insurance Claims may be associated to Work Order, W/O Task Cards, W/O Non-Routines, and various Order Types including Purchase Orders as seen below:

Once all items (costs) associated to the Insurance Claim have been attached you will have the option of printing (Print button) or e-mailing (E-mail button) the claim to the Insurance Company for payment as seen below:
