Insurance Claim Detail, General Tab

The Insurance Claim Detail, General tab will automatically appear when creating a new, or when selecting into, an existing Insurance Claim. This window is used to detail the Insurance Claim record in question.

 

The following information/options are available in this window:

Insurance Claim Number

The Insurance claim number, which applies to the part of the order.

Status

The status of the Insurance Claim (Pending, Accepted, Rejected).

Insurance Company

The company associated with this Insurance Claim.

Claim Against

The individual, group or organization the Insurance Claim is being filed against.

Description

A detailed description of the Insurance Claim.

Date of Loss

The date of the loss associated with the Insurance Claim.

Claim Date

The date of the Insurance Claim.

Station

The station associated with the Insurance Claim.

Party Selection

Specify if the Insurance Claim is for first or third party.

A/C Claim checkbox

Check to indicate that this claim is related to an A/C.

A/C - The individual aircraft tail number. The aircraft associated with the Insurance Claim.

A/C S/N - The Aircraft's Serial Number which is provided by the manufacturer. This serial number is like a registration number, but it is not dependent on a country code and therefore never changes.

Ferried Flight checkbox

Check to indicate that this is a ferried flight claim.

Downtime Hours/Minutes

Enter the downtime associated with the Insurance Claim.
