Customer Discount, General Tab

Any existing codes will be visible at the bottom of the window. Enter new codes or change existing ones if required.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Discount

The code allocated for the customer discount structure.

Description

The description of the discount structure code.

Discounts

The percentage discounts.

W/O - Percentage discount on the Work Order parts.

Regular Lead Time - Percentage discount on Sales parts on normal lead time.

Short Lead Time - Percentage discount on Sales parts on lead time less than standard.

The Export as Excel button can be selected to view the queried data (including all pages) in an Excel spreadsheet. This Excel file can be saved for later use. For more information refer to the Export as Excel Button via the eMRO System Standards manual.

Note: For third party W/Os, a discount is applied to Parts and Labor but not additional billing items.
