Company Profile, Mailing Address 2 Tab
The Company Profile, Mailing Address 2 tab allows for a company to have a second, or alternate mailing address.
The following information/options are available in this window:

Contact's address.
Mail City 2
Contact's city.
Postal Code 2
Contact's postal reference (zip/ post code).
Country 2
Contact's country.
Phone 2
Contact's telephone number.
Cellular 2
The cellular number for the contact.
Fax 2
Contact's facsimile number.
Email 2
Contact electronic mail address.
USE MAILING ADDRESS 2 FOR INVOICES
Select this checkbox to have the mailing address on this tab appear on the printed invoice for a Sales Order once the invoice has been posted and closed.
This functionality only pertains to Sales Order invoices.
This checkbox is a custom modification and may not be available for your company.
