Form One certified tag designated for rotable components that have already been certified.

From the P/N Identification Tag Reprint window, find the required P/N S/N and select the Form One button.

A Print Job is generated. The user can access the P/N Identification Tag print from the Print Jobs window.

Once the print job has been selected, the Form One is generated and can be downloaded or printed.
